My partner and I offer full asking price on a boat they had for sale with our broker doing all the leg work for us because we’re in Chicago. This took place over a month ago. Well today we made a full asking price offer on the same boat because it was still for sale. And the owner of the company sent a email to our broker and said he would not sell to us because of a misunderstanding over a month ago. I did do my homework and I found out who owns the boat and I will be contacting him directly to let him know exactly what happened amd why his boat is still for sale because of his broker.
