My partner and I offer full asking price on a boat they had for sale with our broker doing all the leg work for us because we’re in Chicago. This took place over a month ago. Well today we made a full asking price offer on the same boat because it was still for sale. And the owner of the company sent a email to our broker and said he would not sell to us because of a misunderstanding over a month ago. I did do my homework and I found out who owns the boat and I will be contacting him directly to let him know exactly what happened amd why his boat is still for sale because of his broker. The man should be out of business because of the way we were treated. I will attaché the letter the owner of landmark sent my broker! This is not over yet.
